Third Grade Weekly Update

Dear Parents,

Happy New Year! I hope you and your families had a wonderful holiday season filled with joy, rest, and special memories. As we begin this new year, I’m excited to welcome your children back to class and continue our learning journey together.

To ensure a smooth transition after the break, we’ll take some time during the first few days to review our classroom procedures and expectations. This will help everyone get back into the learning rhythm and set a strong foundation for success as we dive back into our curriculum.

Here are some dates to plan for: 

• Tuesday, Jan 14 – T2 Progress Reports
• Friday, Jan 17 – NO SCHOOL: Elementary Staff Day – No Share and Care
• Monday, Jan 20 – NO SCHOOL: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – No Share and Care
• Tuesday, Jan 21 – Free Dress for January B-days
• Wednesday, Jan 22 – Noon Dismissal: Teacher Professional Development
• Sunday, Jan 26 – Kick-off Catholic Schools Week with All School Mass, 9:00 a.m.
• Sunday, Jan 26 – Open House, immediately following Mass, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
• Thursday, Jan 30 – Oratorical Fest, 1 pm in the Church
• Friday, Jan 31 – Noon Dismissal: No Share and Care – Teacher Appreciation
